It’s a stance health-conscious young people have been adopting nationwide, and we’d love to join, but how many farms have you seen in the city of Detroit? Land that currently houses vacant lots and abandoned buildings could be our answer. With RecoveryPark, three miles of land on Detroit’s near east side will be developed into an area that could break the mold for urban agriculture.
