Morning coffee in Detroit will soon take on a creative twist with the addition of the monthly breakfast series CreativeMornings.
Detroit will follow the lead of New York, Toronto, London, Berlin, Stockholm, and many other cities that already have the CreativeMornings lecture series. The lectures are free and aimed toward “creative types”. At the event participants listen to 20 minute talks from an ever-changing array of lecturers over a cup of coffee.
The famous series began in New York City in 2009 . The founder, Tina Roth Eisenberg wanted to create an event that was accessible and inspiring where people could meet. It’s been referred to as “TED for the rest of us.”
